Jeffrey continues his Spartan Race goal in Ottawa! Volunteer for us!
On this Father's Day weekend, our patient and accomplished Spartan Jeffrey will be running the Ottawa Spartan Race with his father and grand-father! Jeffrey, a patient at Shriners Hospitals for Children - Canada since he was 5 months old, was born without a right hand or right foot. But that hasn't stopped this determined young man. He wants to prove that disabilities do not necessarily mean limitations and raise $10,000 for Canada Shriners Hospital. He just finished his first ever Spartan Race SUPER (13 km and over 20 obstacles) in Quebec City and is now focussing his sights on the Ottawa Spartan Race, June 18.
Encourage him and donate to his Spartan Race goal :
You can help too!
1 - We need volunteers to represent Canada Shriners Hospital on each Spartan Race day. The Ottawa races are June 18 & 19. We're also looking for volunteers in Edmonton on June 25. It's a great day of fun and benefits the hospital: when we provide volunteers, Spartan Race gives Canada Shriners Hospital a donation!
2 - Follow Jeffrey's lead and run a Spartan Race while fundraising for us! Agree to raise a minimum of $200 for Canada Shriners Hospital and get a free entry into the Spartan Race of your choice (junior or adult race).
